Its been a whole month since our last podcast but we’re back. Tonight we’re preparing some mediterranean treats for a potluck this weekend. We’re making Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Tabouli Salad, and Tzatziki. In the process we blew up a few eggplant, hence the post title.
